Initial Consultation

Receive a personalised and tailored experience with our design consultation service. We start all of our relationships with a friendly conversation over the phone, so we can understand everything we need to know about you and your project. We pride ourselves in delivering the highest standards of customer service and providing expert advice. We will help you make all the important decisions and ensure we capture your visions. There are no incentives to our team to promote a particular product, we will only recommend what we truly believe is the right product for you. We get to know our clients' exact requirements by learning about their life style, design concepts, briefs and styles all of which will be considered throughout the complete process.


If you do not have a design in mind one of our design specialists will guide you through our website and show you various designs. Once you have narrowed down your favourite fabrics you will be posted samples, at no cost to you, for approval by you or your client. Although every effort is made to ensure fabrics ordered match your samples, please consider that slight colour variations may occur from batch to batch due to the dyeing process.




We offer extensive measuring guides to assist you with measuring all types of windows. You will need to measure slightly differently in accordance with your heading choice. If you are unable to find the relevant information, please contact one of our design consultants who will assist you further. When supplying your measurements please ensure these are provided in centimetres (preferred) and double checked. All measurements must be confirmed in writing and Fencasa cannot be held responsible for providing incorrect measurements. We can carry out a full site survey of any project or come out to your home and measure for a small fee. All site surveys and installations are arranged through a third-party company and we are more than happy to arrange this for you should you require this service.

Final Quotation & Confirmation

Once we have received your measurements we will put together our proposal within 1 working day, this is a non-obligational quotation and there is no pressure to purchase. Once you have received this quote please do not hesitate to ask as many questions as you need to. We will not hold back in asking questions to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible from the beginning to the very end. We understand purchasing curtains can be costly and we want you to be satisfied that you are happy with everything before submitting an order. Once payment has been received you will be sent a confirmation email immediately, please take your time to carefully read this as it will include very important information regarding your order. This will ensure every step has been taken to make sure your measurements are correct, and we can then proceed with the production of your order.




Now for the exciting part where all the magic happens. Standard lead time is 4 weeks for any made to measure order unless stated otherwise. Lead times can vary slightly depending on the current workroom load so it's always best to check first if you are working towards a deadline. Once your fabric has arrived with the workroom it will begin the manufacturing process to the highest of standards. There are various types of finishings you can have from hand made to machine made, if you have an idea or know exactly what you want, let us know and we can create it for you!

Quality Control

Your order will go through rigorous checks throughout the making process. Finally, it will be hung at quality control and a fresh pair of eyes will check your order before its final departure. All aspects of your curtain will be double checked including headings, sides seams, hems and any flaws in the making and fabric. In the unlikely event a fault is picked up on this report you will be informed immediately.



Delivery & Installation

Once your order has been despatched you will be the first to know as we will send you an email to notify you that your order has left our warehouse. This email will provide you with approximate shipping times, so you know when to expect your order. If your order has been sent using a trackable service your tracking number will be included. You will also receive text updates regarding your delivery if you have provided us with a mobile phone number. If you would like us to carry out the final installation of your project we can arrange Installation for you.

Once you have received your order the service does not stop there. We are happy to assist with any further questions you may have.
